We want you to be completely satisfied with your NOHOW purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original NOHOW box or any secure mailing bag, ensuring the products are protected and all original tags are intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print the generated prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
